What we receive

If you call, we receive your phone number and, where the line records, the call recording and any voicemail. If you use the form, we receive the name, phone number, town and problem description you type in.

What happens to it

Those details go to one independent septic contractor so they can contact you about the job. They are not sold, rented or used for marketing lists.

Service providers

The site runs on Netlify, which handles form submissions and keeps ordinary server logs, and calls run through a phone provider. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

Removing your details

Send the form with the words "remove my details" and the phone number you used, and we will delete what we hold.
